Valorforce Safes & Smart Lock Purchase Guideline
Safes Purchase Guideline
What This Guideline Is For
This guideline was created to help you better understand your purchase and the services that come with it. It’s designed to be practical, transparent, and easy to refer to whenever you need clarity.
-
Understanding Terms & Conditions
Outlines important information like payment, delivery, ownership, warranty, and final sale terms. -
When to Use This Guide
This guide is useful any time you need quick information about your product, delivery process, service terms, or how to get support. -
Clarity & Confidence
We aim to communicate clearly and manage expectations from the start. We’ll never overpromise, instead, we focus on what we can genuinely deliver with consistency. -
Customer Assurance
We want every customer to feel informed, respected, and satisfied with their experience. If you ever have a question or concern, our support team is ready to assist.
1. Special-Fit Design Model
We understand that every space and storage need is unique. That’s why we offer special-fit safes designed specifically to fit your requirements perfectly.
How It Works:
-
After you place your order, we’ll provide a detailed design proposal including all key measurements, interior layout, and custom features for your review.
-
Once you review and approve the design, we’ll proceed with production based on your confirmation.
-
Please review the design carefully, especially size, door swing, interior layout, and finishes, because changes after production starts may not be possible.
Installation & Space Considerations:
-
Allow at least 4 to 5 inches of clearance around the safe for proper installation and easy access. This is an approximate guide, some setups may require more space depending on the placement or surrounding environment.
-
If your safe includes eletronic feature (e.g., lighting or a watch winder), please ensure there’s a nearby power outlet.
-
Avoid installing the safe in areas with high humidity, extreme heat, or moisture to maintain its longevity.
-
If you’re unsure about the space, feel free to share photos or measurements with us. We’ll be happy to assist.
Important Information:
-
Special-fit safes are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.
-
If incorrect site measurements are provided, modifications may not be possible after production starts.
-
Any design changes after approval may affect the price and delivery timeline.
-
Warranty terms apply as usual, but issues caused by improper installation or unsuitable environments may not be covered.
We’re here to guide you through every step, and once your custom safe is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange installation at your convenience.

Paint or Finish
Older or repainted doors may show slight color or surface differences after installation. These are cosmetic and generally minimal.

On-Site Adjustments
If unexpected changes are needed, such as repositioning the lock or adjusting the door—any extra charges will be discussed first, and only proceed with your approval.

Dust & Clean-Up
